Please review the booking policies below before scheduling. ⸻ Groupon & Deposit Policy A non-refundable deposit is required to book ALL appointments, including services purchased through Groupon. The deposit is required to secure your appointment time due to prior no-call/no-shows and last-minute cancellations. This policy ensures committed bookings and protects scheduled time. For Groupon clients: • Your Groupon covers the promotional service only. • The deposit is still required to secure the appointment. • The Groupon voucher will be redeemed at the time of service. • Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be applied as a tip. If you choose not to place the required deposit, you may contact Groupon directly regarding their refund policy. By booking, you agree to these terms.
